Our rooftop pool and sundeck are open Tuesdays through Sundays, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The pool season begins on Memorial Day and concludes on Labor Day.

What does it cost to access the fitness center?
For $300 per year, you will have unlimited access to the Zen Apollo fitness center. Shorter memberships are also available.

What equipment is available in the fitness center?
Our fitness center offers cardio and strength-training equipment as well as a stretching area and boxing station. The center includes two treadmills, an elliptical machine and a recumbent exercise bike. Strength-training equipment includes dumbbells, medicine balls, a weighted bar and balance balls.

Is there resident parking at Zen Apollo and does it cost extra?
We offer reserved parking spaces in our garage for $225 per month.

What are the rents at Zen Apollo?
Currently, studios range from $1,499.00-$1,695.00 and the one bedroom’s range to $1,799.00 – $2,000.00. Two-bedrooms are approximately $2,600 per month. All rents include basic utilities: electric, gas and water. Please speak to a leasing agent to learn about our most current specials.

What is Zen Apollo’s pet policy?
We welcome cats and dogs weighing up to 25 pounds. Please ask about restricted breeds of dogs. Pet charges include a $300 non-refundable deposit and a $50 monthly fee per pet.

What public transportation is near Zen Apollo?
The McPherson Square Metro stop is two-and-a-half blocks away and provides access to the Orange, Silver and Blue lines. The Red Line is available six-and-a-half blocks away at Metro Center. Additionally, we are two blocks away from two Circulator bus lines. One runs east-to-west from Union Station to Georgetown. The other runs north to Columbia Heights and Adams Morgan.

What does it cost to access the community spaces?
For $150 per year, you will have full access to our game room, theater room, lounge and fully equipped business center with conference room. All rooms include Wi-Fi.

What computer equipment is available in the business center?
Our business center features new Windows-operated computers with flat-screen monitors. We also offer a printer and a scanner. The adjacent conference room is equipped with Wi-Fi.

What games are available in the Zen Apollo game room?
In our game room, you can enjoy a billiards table, dart board, ping-pong table, foosball table and card table. The room also includes a TV, bar area and Wi-Fi.

May I rent out the lounge for a private party?
Yes, residents may rent the lounge for a private party. Holidays are the most popular time to rent, so we encourage an early reservation.
